1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 288com ("288com", "we", "us", "the Company") and govern all access to and use of the website located at 288com.club and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and gaming services offered thereon.

1.2 By completing the 288com registration process, by clicking the acceptance checkbox during registration, or by simply accessing the 288com platform after these Terms & Conditions have been published, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand it, and that you agree to be legally bound by it.

1.3 If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using 288com and must not attempt to register an account. Continued use of the 288com platform following any published amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.

1.4 This Agreement should be read in conjunction with 288com's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions and form part of the binding agreement between you and 288com.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 To open a 288com account and participate in any gaming or betting activity on the platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing 288com from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party;
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of 288com or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You have not previously had a 288com account closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

2.2 During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and entitles 288com to close your account immediately.

2.3 288com reserves the right to request documentary proof of any information provided during or after registration, including but not limited to government-issued identity documents (CNIC, passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to supply requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.

2.4 Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active 288com account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. 288com uses automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts and will close any duplicates identified, merging or forfeiting balances at its sole discretion.

3. Account Security

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 288com login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

3.2 You must notify 288com immediately via live chat or by contacting [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, that your credentials have been compromised, or that any transaction recorded in your 288com Wallet was not made by you.

3.3 288com will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. 288com will investigate all reported incidents of unauthorised access in good faith and may temporarily freeze your account during such investigation.

3.4 288com staff will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from 288com that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the 288com support team immediately.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 All 288com account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 288com currently accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and USDT (TRC-20). Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at 288com's discretion.

4.2 The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. 288com does not charge a fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges for which 288com accepts no liability.

4.3 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. 288com targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within thirty (30) minutes during normal operating hours, though processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

4.4 288com reserves the right to request additional Know-Your-Customer (KYC) documentation before processing any withdrawal. This may include a copy of your CNIC, a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and screenshots or statements confirming ownership of the designated withdrawal method.

4.5 288com does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All funds deposited to your 288com account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Any deposit received from a third-party source may be reversed and the corresponding account suspended pending investigation.

4.6 USDT deposits and withdrawals are processed at the USDT/PKR exchange rate prevailing at the time of the transaction as determined by 288com's internal rate feed. Exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal are borne by the player.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 288com offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and sports betting promotions. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

5.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your 288com account must be wagered a minimum of twenty times (20x) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be processed. Sports betting contributions toward wagering requirements are calculated based on odds and bet type as specified per promotion.

5.3 Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance of your 288com account and are used after real-money funds have been depleted. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only the net winnings generated after the wagering requirement has been satisfied are eligible for withdrawal.

5.4 288com reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a promotion at any time. If a bonus has already been credited to your account at the time of cancellation, any associated wagering requirement outstanding at that time will be removed and the uncompleted bonus balance will be voided.

5.5 Abuse of 288com's bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk, or using automated software to fulfil wagering obligations — will result in bonus forfeiture, account suspension, and potential permanent closure.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 All bets and wagers placed on 288com are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify the details of each bet — including the selection, stake, and odds — before confirmation. 288com will not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except in circumstances where 288com determines at its sole discretion that a manifest error has occurred.

6.2 A manifest error refers to an obvious and material mistake in the price, odds, or game parameters offered by 288com. Where a manifest error is identified, 288com reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. Winnings derived from manifest errors will not be paid.

6.3 In the event of a disputed bet outcome, the decision of 288com's trading and risk team is final and binding. Disputes must be raised within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant event settlement. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.

6.4 For live in-play markets, including 288com's cricket ball-by-ball betting and PSL live markets, bets are accepted subject to the live data feed available to 288com at the time of placement. Delays in the live data feed do not entitle players to cancel bets placed during such delays.

6.5 The rules governing specific game types — including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, live roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and slot games — are published within the respective game interface. These game-specific rules apply in addition to and do not override the general terms set out in this Agreement.

7. Prohibited Activities

7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 288com platform and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to place bets, interact with games, or manage your 288com account;
• Colluding with other players, including through chip-dumping in poker or card games, to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or bonus arbitrage in a manner that exploits 288com's pricing or promotional structures for risk-free profit;
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or technical glitches to gain an advantage in any game or market;
• Using 288com for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity;
• Opening or operating a 288com account on behalf of another person without their knowledge;
• Accessing 288com using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or security measures;
• Engaging in any conduct that 288com reasonably determines to be harmful, abusive, or disruptive to its staff, systems, or other players.

7.2 Accounts found engaging in any prohibited activity will be suspended immediately. 288com will investigate all suspected cases and may share relevant information with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and law enforcement agencies where required by law or where 288com deems it appropriate to protect the integrity of its platform.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 288com is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base in Pakistan. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining leisure activity, and 288com actively provides tools to help players maintain control of their gaming behaviour.

8.2 Players may access deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options directly within the responsible gaming section of their 288com account settings. These tools take effect as follows:

• Deposit limits take effect immediately upon setting and cannot be increased for a period of 7 days after any upward adjustment request;
• Session time limits take effect immediately and generate an alert notification when the defined session duration is reached;
• Cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen period;
• Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of request and remains in force for the period chosen by the player (minimum 6 months). Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires.

8.3 288com enforces its 21+ age policy rigorously. Players who are found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts closed immediately and any deposits made will be returned, minus any amounts wagered prior to discovery of the age breach.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content published on 288com.club — including but not limited to the 288com brand name and logo, all game graphics and animations supplied by 288com's partner studios, all text, layout, and interface design — is the intellectual property of 288com or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 288com platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from 288com.club without the prior written consent of 288com.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 288com's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any claim related to your use of the platform, game outcomes, deposit or withdrawal processing, or any bonus matter, shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to your 288com account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.2 288com shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if 288com has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

10.3 288com does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption or that it will be free of errors. Planned maintenance, unexpected technical issues, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of the 288com platform or specific services. 288com will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where reasonably practicable.

11. Privacy & Data

11.1 288com collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at 288com.club/privacy-policy and forms part of this Agreement. By registering an account with 288com you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

11.2 288com may be required to share your personal data with regulatory authorities, financial intelligence units, or law enforcement agencies in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering, counter-terrorism-financing, or other legal obligations. Such sharing does not constitute a breach of 288com's privacy obligations to you.

12. Amendments to These Terms

12.1 288com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 288com will publish the updated Terms & Conditions on this page and update the effective date shown at the top of the document. 288com may also notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification where the changes are considered significant.

12.2 Your continued use of the 288com platform following publication of an amended version of these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and, if you wish to close your account, contact the 288com support team.

13. Termination & Account Closure

13.1 You may request closure of your 288com account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your designated withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe subject to completion of any pending KYC verification.

13.2 288com reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time without prior notice if it reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of this Agreement, that your account is being used for unlawful purposes, or that continued operation of your account poses a risk to 288com's integrity or to other players on the platform.

13.3 Upon termination by 288com for cause, any bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Real-money deposits may be withheld pending investigation where 288com has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 288com holds its international gaming licence.

14.2 In the event of a dispute between you and 288com, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the 288com support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of notification, either party may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution procedures established by 288com's licensing authority.

14.3 Nothing in this clause limits 288com's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or platform integrity.
